Our world takes place where lightness and darkness often cross paths. Humans of different light come face to face, albeit rare, with the dark Elder Gods.
This story takes place just below the water’s surface at the entrance of a Lair.
Eager to see what was inside, our Heroes approach a sign on a door that reads: “Love and poison, enter at your own risk.”
Just as you open the door, someone spots the small print on the sign: “No lifeguard on duty.”
Our Heroes enter a long hallway with a mossy stone wall on either side that has a slight stench of last week’s ham sandwich and a Metallic Shimmer in the air.
Everyone puts on their poison protection barrier or is instantly teleported outside of the Lair. The Metallic Shimmering fog in the hallway thickens as our Heroes progress forward. The Metallic Shimmer starts to glow and our Heroes can see in the darkness.
As they continue down the hallway using their new night vision power, the concrete flooring starts to drop behind them. Our Heroes begin to RUN and eventually round the corner.
